Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

• In their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached.
• In the original packaging.
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

• If approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.
• Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

• If the item is incorrect or damaged, we will cover the return shipping cost.
• If returning due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Restocking Fee

• A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns.

Return Shipping & Labels

• We only accept returns by mail.
• For damaged or defective items, contact us, and we will email you a return shipping label to download and print.

Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection via email.
• If approved, your refund will be processed and issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

• If you haven’t received your refund yet, try the following steps:
  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to be officially posted.
  3. Reach out to your bank, as processing delays may occur.
  4. If you've completed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at support@thewellnessmedical.com.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• Please inspect your order upon arrival and notify us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges

• We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at support@thewellnessmedical.com.

Changing Your Shipping Address

• If you need to update your shipping address, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
