What if my product arrives damaged?
- Upon delivery, inspect the packaging for any signs of damage.
- If you notice any damage, even to the box, make a note of it when signing for delivery.
- If you are unable to inspect the item but suspect damage, write "suspect damage" on the delivery receipt.
- If your item arrives damaged, please send photos to support@thewellnessmedical.com, and we will arrange a replacement or refund within 1 business day.
